1. Nailpro.fi dispatches goods after the invoice is paid.

2. The sales agreement comes into effect once the amount specified in the invoice is received in the Lindvior OÜ bank account.

3. Once the sales agreement is in effect, Nailpro.fi prepares the order and hands it over to logistics partners for delivery to the buyer.

4. Orders placed and for which prepayment is received by Nailpro.fi's account on business days before 11:00 a.m. will be delivered to the buyer within two days, but no more than three days (depending on the chosen delivery method).

5. To avoid delivery delays, the buyer should ensure the accuracy of the provided contact information.

6. For orders of €170 or more, delivery to Finland is free, except for courier service.

6.1. For orders of €40 or more, delivery within Estonia is free, except for courier service.

7. Lindvior OÜ’s logistics partners providing delivery services include Posti Group (Posti, Itella, Smartpost) and DPD.

8. Courier delivery requires the buyer to arrange the receipt and carrying of the goods into the premises themselves.

8.1. The courier is not required to call in advance.

9. Damaged goods during transport are eligible for replacement, but not their packaging.

10. NailPro.fi is not responsible for delivery delays if the goods were handed over to the logistics partner on time, but delays occurred due to circumstances beyond Nailpro.fi’s control or that could not have been foreseen.
